Software License

Hephaestos is modular professional software for live performance, audio, video, lighting and show control.

Access to certain components, modules or features may require an active paid license.

Licenses may be linked to a user account, a workstation, a hardware identifier, or any other activation mechanism implemented by HEPHAESTOS SAS.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, one license is limited to one workstation.

Licensed components may be activated, suspended, renewed, modified or deactivated remotely according to the user’s subscription, purchase, trial period, administrative rights or contractual agreement.

Any attempt to bypass, disable, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the licensing, activation, protection or verification mechanisms of Hephaestos is strictly prohibited.

The purchase or activation of a license does not transfer ownership of the software. It grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the licensed components under the applicable terms.
